YOU'LL NEVER WILDLY SPECULATE ALONE

This should act as your one stop shop. I will do what I can to provide a brief synopsis for the players that are in, out, and in between. All information is ranked according to the Transfer Reliability Guide.
You are welcome, and encouraged, to post any new rumors here in comments and I will add them in as I have time.

2019.06.22 01:25 Firestronaut Previous discounts and 2x GTA$

I often find myself wondering when the last time something was on sale. Taunting myself between the buy button and waiting to see if it appears on sale. My boyfriend thinks I should be as frugal in real life... Maybe if I could see the last time(s) it appeared on sale, I’d have a better idea on whether to hold off or not… so I created a list!
A massive thank you to u/I_Am_Tsuikyit for his relentless work every Thursday making the most up-to-date GTA weekly bonus lists. I used his lists dating back to mid-February, to create a four month record of items on sale, and the 2x GTA$.
Some things to note… I’ve tried my best to make this list as accurate as possible, but I’m not guaranteeing it. Many items that have appeared numerous times have appeared at different prices; I used the lowest price as a guide. I’m sorry if I’ve written the same thing twice, missed a date, missed a price, misspelled something. I love GTA, I’m no GTA genius. I left anything below $100K discounted off the vehicle list for my own sanity. Point out my mistakes and I’ll happily correct them! If anybody finds the list helpful, I’ll try to update it weekly.

2018.12.06 00:22 uragani Character Creation Guide: General Edition

(Originally posted to Tumblr on 2011-12-28 )
I think I’ll be doing a series of character creation help. Every so often I’ll do another installment geared for different worlds and themes. Today’s will be about general character creation, a character not specifically geared for any one realm, but one that can blend in almost anywhere with a few slight tweaks. This is extremely long, because I added so much to consider. There are at least 20 sections detailing more advice. Here’s a few summary lists to whet your teeth on.
Needed Information: Information that in general is something you should probably have thought of before you engage the character.
Name, Age, Gender, Personality, History.
Suggested Information*: Information that is nice to have known beforehand so you don’t have to come up with it on the fly. Also nice for people who want to engage you in RP.* Height, Weight, Birth Date, Orientation, Blood Type, Weapons.
Additional Fun Stuff: Stuff that isn’t generally needed, if you can think quickly, but are nice to have as a reference for later, or other people who want to know more. Also good for when you just wanna have more things. Birthplace, Likes, Dislikes, Nationality, Family, Skills, Disorders, Relationships (Including Martial Status), Nicknames, Zodiac/Astrological signs, Body type, Tattoos, Piercings, Scars, Other Marks, Alignment, Occupation, Fears, Wishes, Goals, Song, Scent.
So how to begin… So first off, obviously, this is based on past experiences and is mostly just a suggestion guide from someone who has RP’d often. Pick and choose what works for you, and don’t bitch about it. I’m just offering advice so you have something to think about and work off instead of a blank slate, and also offering up some ideas why this information is important.
If you need to base it off something try personality, or a theme. Find something that you want to do, whether it be a flame type, or ‘I want a mechanic!’ and go from there. Brainstorm, look up things, check out ideas and then mix and match what you find. If you don’t like something later on? Drop it! If you find something better? Use it! Find your niche. If the room is all cool dudes, you may want to try another type of character. Your character is going to fill an open spot, and to be new and original means you’ll get more play than if you are another stereotypical 'bad boy’, or perky chick.
However you start, you’ll need more information on why, and how to choose these things.
Name, Nicknames:
What’s in a name? Everything. When choosing a name for a character a lot of things have to be taken in mind. Can you spell it easily? How about other people? Does it fit them in personality? How about ethnically? If your character is from a specific place and era, you’ll want to research the name scheme for that. It’s no good having a 1800’s Chinese character named Liberty when Liberty wasn’t seen used as a name until 1910 in America.
Another thing you have to watch out for is nicknames. Tear the name apart, how will people shorten it, what does it rhyme with? What is it a name for? Google the damn thing, and make sure it’s not some well known dead guy, or a brand of cereal. You don’t want to name your character something that rhymes with 'ass’ or shortens to 'gay’ do you? Because the internet is 5-year-olds, everyone will make the same joke ad nauseum whether or not you like it.
Got a character name? Think it’s special? If it’s got roots in anything you know 13-year-olds think is cool you may not be being original. Luna, Moon, Raven, Wolf, Lupus, Canius, Crystal, Shard, Dante, Demon, Lucifer, Sora, Sky, Suki, Ai, Sakura, Hime, Star, Sin, or Kitty? Anything like that has been done, and may influence how others think of your character. Go for something you don’t see all the time in roleplay, and try and make it a witty side comment about some aspect of your character that people will connect to later, but don’t go for the obvious. If you like chairs, and you name your character Sofia, you may be being too blunt.
Age:
Your character’s age will define some things about them. What they like, what they remember, what they grew up with, and how they act now. People tend to play teenagers, and 'adults’ in their prime. The same stupid kids, and the same adults, who look younger, or perfectly stereotypical anime handsome, and still act like kids. Older people are rare, and might give you a different outlook. it’s not bad to stick with the same age as everyone else, but age is just another way to spice things up.
Be careful too. If your character was born in 2000, and remembers the Atari fondly, either he’s got background to explain it being around (gamer nerd, fan of retro stuff, parents who passed it down and wouldn’t buy anything else), or you’re playing a character way too old for his age. Be careful, research their time-line and what they’d be comfortable with. Don’t just play hodgepodge with what works. It’d also be smart to study the age group itself. Do you want to be 13, and still that dumb-ass kid who thinks dinosaurs and boob shaped rocks are the best thing ever? Do you want to be too young to drink? To look at porn? To smoke? If you are playing a character who does things they shouldn’t do you think about how hard it is to get around the law? What if they get caught? Can they drive? Age means a lot more than some pretty number.
Gender:
Gender importance stands with how you want your character perceived. A tom girl is going to get a different reception than a stereotypical rough tough guy. If you want a soft sedate character and you go male, you’ll get a different feel than if you went with a woman. Not only this, but what gender you are changes how the world reacts to you. With the magic of tits, suddenly men don’t think you can open a door. With the magic of a penis, suddenly you’re a sex craving asshole. You’ll have to watch out for people who are against either gender as well, and look at how it’ll work with relationships. If you have a woman hungry ass grabber like Shamal, your character if female perceived is suddenly a target. You might have to prove yourself as competent. You’ll get jokes. It may not be fair, but it’s true, gender reflects how people will perceive your character.
On top of that you have to play the gender to the stereotype you're aiming for! If you play what you intend to be the rough, tough, very-masculine male as a sweet, touchy-feely, pink wearing, thing who likes to cook and clean, you’re playing against the stereotype and might come off as too feminine to be strictly a hyper-masculine bad ass. If you play your supposedly hyper-sterotypically-feminine character punching guys, taking names, and playing in mud and blood you may come off a little too gritty to be really “girly” as intended. If you want to play the character as a feminine male/masculine female, go ahead, this isn’t anything against playing a gender in any way you want. This is against using inappropriate modifiers for them. This whole damn thing is a land mine of people getting offended and grouchy despite the fact that it’s not meant to slight anyone. Deal with it. Gender will change views, and you have to deal with the assholes for your choice. There are stereotypes in place for “masculine” and “feminine” because they represent an idea found in social structure. If you choose to apply one or the other to your gender of choice in any way, you have to play up to that stereotype instead of against it because that is what you chose.
In the same vein, if you want to play an agender personality, you may not want to favor either side overly much, if you tend toward one side or the other you’ll be more feminine or masculine instead of balanced. Keep an eye on what you choose to use to make sure you stay in character no matter how you yourself identify. It helps to remind yourself your character is a written construct, and that in order to define something that doesn’t exist, we have to use stereotypes so that others can understand what social structures we may be using.
Family:
Family is important. If your mothe fathe siste brothe cousin/ nephew/ uncle/ aunt/ grandma and the rest of their brethren are all dead just so you can play a character without attachments so you can be more bad ass and ignore the history a little, you may come off badly. Yes shit happens, but to the entire family tree? To every character? Even if you never use them again, a sibling or living parent can give dimension to a character. Suddenly their morals are stronger because what would their little brother think if they saw them do this? They might take less risks, or more risks if they’re the type to try and make Dad proud of their fighting! You can have stories “one time my sister ate a whole watermelon right?” and it can fill in the blanks of the world. Don’t ignore them!
Personality:
When you create a character, you need to give them life, and their life is usually represented in their personality. A character hurt by people might be more melancholy or even afraid of people. A character who is raised wanting for naught may end up spoiled and ill tempered. Personality is a reflection of their life, who they are, how they were raised, what challenges they face, and how they react to the world. Without a personality, your character is completely flat and dead. Might as well be roadkill for all the good it will do.
A portion of 'flat’ that comes with a character, making them seem 2-D, is to go with a stock personality. If you find yourself writing any rendition of “they’re usually nice, until you make them angry or an enemy, then they become fiercely angry. They don’t like many people, unless they get on their good side.” you are not writing anything new and original. That’s pretty much normal for anyone; someone is bad you don’t like them. Big whoop. Where’s the stuff you can’t guess about most people? Do they have an obsession with something? Do they have habits? Habits can flesh out personality. Biting your lips, chewing things, smoking, these can all lead to a character with oral fixation. Being exceptionally loud and bouncy and keeping it to the character without letting it influence how you yourself write can be quite amazing. The trick is show off how different it is from normal. Make it new and interesting!
Quirks are good for a character. Intense hatred of all things 80’s, a fascination with small gears, or a pony themed room. All of these things come from something in their personality. What feeds who they are and what they do? Why do they do things? Try not to make a character’s personality something that annoys others, or if you do try not to do it for no reason at all. Being annoying for plot, or to keep things interesting is one thing, but being blindly annoying all of the time with no respite just because you can will lead to people not like your character amazingly enough.
Now to help flesh out personality, try thinking in keywords. What words do you think describe them the best? Think of situations (dropped wallets, lost puppies, homework due tomorrow morning) and figure out how they will react to it. Try taking personality quizzes as the character to find out more about them. Remember though, any character you play will be an offshoot of you yourself. If you are prone to being sweet and cuddly, trying to play a character who is exceedingly badass and no-nonsense is not going to work out well. You’ll stress trying to stay in character, it won’t be any fun, and you’ll lose a very large amount of respect when you break character accidentally. If you have a character model, like anything else, STICK. TO. IT. Don’t gad about, don’t try and make excuses for how they’re acting. Either they work without excuses, or you’re doing it wrong and need to change the character. A square peg, will not fit in a round hole, unless you force it in and break the toy for everyone else.
History:
This is exceedingly important for a variety of reasons. The History you create will create a baseline for everything your character is or will be. It is the cement and foundation of who they are, and how they react to the world. It will influence everything about them in subtle ways, and in much more obvious ones. A history for a character is more than something you should slap together and walk away from; it is everything to a character to know who they are and where they came from.
Firstly, where are they from? If you have a birth location covered already this should give you a good idea for what kind of a history they had. Were they rich, poor, middle class? What kind of life did they live? How were their parents? Don’t just kill over their whole family line and walk off, that is the sign of someone too lazy to do shit. You don’t honestly need family but to have a loving or indifferent or strict upbringing by their parents change who a character is. If they were raised strictly, they might be strict as well. They might have rebelled from it, and become a painfully unique individual who bucks against authority. Aside from family, how were they raised in other aspects? What kind of a home did they have, did they live in the city or the country? Entirely different street-smarts arise from different situations. Your character might be terrible at crossing the street because where they come from only has slow moving cattle; the street covered in hundreds of fast moving cars might represent a massive challenge to them.
I like to take something from each of these time-periods in an average life: Childhood, Tween, Teen, Young Adult, Adult, Later Years, Elder Years. You’ve got a lot of ground to cover, so stick to the important things that they remember, or will remember, for a long time. If they broke their arm falling out of a tree, they might be scared of climbing, or maybe they’ll always remember something that was given to them. Events like being taken away from home, or seeing someone die can change a kids entire view of life. Having a pet get hit by a car can teach them to fear death. Having parents divorce can make them avoid love because it’s “not real”. There is a lot out there in a life that can be written down.
If you’re like me you will overwrite it, so keep a shorter summary on hand for those who will get dizzy at the wall of text. If you don’t overwrite, good for you! Always remember that history can make odd things (like a fear of shoelaces) suddenly make sense, so use it to your advantage.
Height, Weight and Body Type:
Choose wisely. If you want your character to look anorexic, choose too low a weight. If you want them heavier, check that out too. Don’t just choose what sounds nice, it won’t work out. I have seen far too many characters with the weight schemes being way off, or just disfiguring. To get a good idea of the weight you’ve chosen and how your character probably looks with it, try this site which I posted elsewhere on this blog but it’s a great resource.
On top of this, make sure that you play the character to fit the body type this creates. If your character is overweight, play them so. If they’re muscular and heavy, maybe they’re slower. If they’re anorexic, maybe they get dizzy easily. Don’t ignore what their body type is and what health problems, physical ability, and more is involved. It’s part of them, hell, it IS them. So consider their body types as well. Is it a fit older gentleman who is in shape, but can’t honestly run a marathon? Is it a body builder who focused on looks and not power and is having trouble actually using their muscles? How about girls, are they actually fit, or are they thin waifs, unable to go out in daylight? To have an idea of a stocky/thin/fat/musculatrim/unhealthy body and then roleplay realistically from that can give you a level of depth that makes your roleplay come off better.
Birth Date, Birthplace, Nationality and Zodiac/Astrological signs:
Thinking about picking a random date and leaving it at that? STOP! THINK! WAIT! Your choice will effect the astrological signs your character was born with. While this may seem trivial to some people, a lot of people actually takes a special interest in making characters fit their astrological profiles, rather than just distributing them willy-nilly. So be careful, research which day, month, and year fits your character best. Now watch out for how old your character is, you may want to modify the age from above now to fit whatever birth date you found that fits your character so perfectly.
Birthplace and Nationality? Research time again. What kind of upbringing will they have depending on where they grew up? How will they look because of what nationality they are? Italy is primarily Roman Catholics, so they might have a religious background if raised there. Especially so close to the Pope. Raised in Japan or America? In Japan a common saying is “The nail that stands up gets hammered down.” They try to keep their heads down, and not stick out. Black hair is really common too, so it might influence your choice of hair color. In America, the big saying is “Shoot for the moon, even if you miss you’ll land among the stars.” Being original, new, interesting! These are things Americans are made for! So watch out where you drop your kid, it’ll influence his childhood, and change his entire history just by a single geographical location. It’ll also give you quirks, which are tons of fun to play with.
Orientation:
Straight, Gay, Bisexual, Trisexual, Pansexual, Asexual, Antisexual. What are they? This can effect who your character is, and how they react to people. How far are they in any direction? Try the Kinsey scale.
0- Exclusively heterosexual1- Predominantly heterosexual, only incidentally homosexual2- Predominantly heterosexual, but more than incidentally homosexual3- Equally heterosexual and homosexual4- Predominantly homosexual, but more than incidentally heterosexual5- Predominantly homosexual, only incidentally heterosexual6- Exclusively homosexual X - Asexual
Remember, this doesn’t cover everything and it doesn’t claim to, nor is any side better or worse, it just changes what kind of character you may be playing. They don’t have to be flamboyant, or rugged or anything else. But sexuality will change who they flirt with, what they find attractive, and how they might end up romantically. Use this to define your character so that you can better play them, not stifle them so you feel trapped.
Weapons:
Weapons should suit the character. A small feeble 13 year old girl, who was sickly and weak should probably stay away from the 13 foot buster sword with gunblade attachments and 300 square pounds of pressure kick back for every shot. She is probably better for say, light throwing knifes or needles, probably poisoned if she wants to do serious damage. Good for sleeping powders to be blown in faces, through pipes. Light weight things, that she can handle. She’s small, so she’s probably better at speed than strength, and she’s got great ability to seem small, tiny, helpless and sick. Which is great for totally punking dudes.
With this in mind, look at your character. Check their strength, speed, agility, intelligence, and their background. See what weapons are feasible for them to have learned about, and started using. Make sure proficiency is not overnight, they have to learn how to use them if your history doesn’t have time for them to be practicing and learning a new weapon, they will be shitty at it, and you will get better through practice and getting your ass handed to you.
Weapons also help describe your character from the inside out. Personality-wise, a weapon which is pink and has cute little cellphone charms is going to do things to a character and how they are viewed. The Macho man with scars everywhere is probably going to come off as very secure in their sexuality, or gay, or just that into cute things. A cute little girl will just play into the stereotype. Weapons make a person, you know this instinctively because whenever a kid makes a badass character, their weapon in inevitably a big black sword with scary shit all over it trying to make him look like he has a dark past and a darker soul.
This can be fun to play with, but remember those horrible stereotypes the entire world in inflicted with before you choose. If you choose a big sword, someone is likely going to make the compensation joke. At least once a day. If you choose something that does not match your character, or is somehow able to be turned into a playground joke, you’re going to have to suffer the consequences. If you can use them, and people’s stupidity, to your advantage, more power to you. Giving that poor teenage boy a fluffy bunny sword, while hilarious, will either lead to ridcule and you dropping the character, or to a well thought out character who develops alongside his weapons and a ton of character modeling and storylines can occur. If he’s okay with it, what happened to make him this way, what kind of a person is he for it, what can you do with a weapon that doesn’t seem to fit you at all.
As always, only those who know the rules can break them efficiently and in a way that makes it enjoyable for others. This piece of wisdom I use everywhere.
Likes and Dislikes:
Remember to stick to these! Once your character has likes, and dislikes, you’ll know them better. It’s a nice thing to have for yourself as well as other people but not necessary. It’s a nice way of boxing in a character so long as you don’t ignore them. Dislike seafood? They might not join people for a meal of it then. Love cats? Maybe they’re more fond of people with cats, and decide to hang around their owners more. So long as you aren’t abusing their likes and dislikes to simply hang out with a specific character more, and are using them to forward RP rather than just be annoying, likes and dislikes can be really useful to have on hand!
Skills:
Talking well in public, sword fighting, putting together clocks, or any little specialized skill a character is good at can influence who they are and where they are useful. Giving your character limits in this can make them useless in some situations, which will allow them character depth. Maybe being useless hurts them, maybe it drives them to be better. To be good at something no one else is, and to be put into the position of power where you can do something and force others to acknowledge you, or can even barter with your skills can give a character a hell of a hand up to a level above everyone else. If people are indebted to you because of a skill they do no possess they are going to have to repay you. Whether this is with sparing your life, or with money is all up to the direction of the roleplay. But without establishing skills beforehand you can come off as hackneyed and unlikeable for just pulling shit out of your ass.
Don’t overburden yourself with skills. A jack-of-all-trades is a master-of-none. No one is perfect at everything, and remember your skills had to come from somewhere. If you’re a teenager, even a prodigy, having 6 skills that all take 10 years to learn is exceptionally stupid. It’s impossible, improbable. It defies your character’s background. Sure, little things are fine. Be good at a lot of stuff, but don’t try and horde all specialization to yourself. Let others take some limelight or you’ll be considered an attention hog. Remember, you can either do one thing really really well, or you can do a bunch of stuff half-assedly.
Also remember to match them to a character’s background elsewise. If a character was raised on a farm, milking cows, raising hens, making butter, and stuff like that is feasible. Knowing 6 different type of karate, how to use a semi-automatic in warfare conditions, and super skills in elite foreign poisons, not so much. Keep it believable and you’ll make a hell of a lot more friends for your realism and intelligence. However once you meet a super spy and they teach your poor little nerd herder how to pin a butterfly at 50 paces, go ahead and enjoy your rewards. Just make sure it’s in your history so people won’t think you’re being kind of a dumbass.
Disorders:
Oh boy, your character has flaws. Big whoop. You and every other huma– wait they don’t? Maybe you should consider figuring out something about them that isn’t quite right. While having a perfectly sane character is fun in and of it’s own, using something that actually stifles your character in areas of life can give you some of that tension you look for, and something to actively work against without needing a villain. I like this list for looking over for ideas. Remember though! What you may think makes them cooler to play, might have repercussions you won’t like. Schizophrenia is a mental disorder characterized by a disintegration of thought processes and of emotional responsiveness. It most commonly manifests as auditory hallucinations, paranoid or bizarre delusions, or disorganized speech and thinking. Not a split personality, which is called Dissociative identity disorder.
Keep things real, research them hardcore. Don’t think you can get away with just saying they have it, know how people with the diseases and disorders work. Look at the problems that happen in real life to them, and how they’re effected.Antisocial personality disorder sounds like something that every lone wolf type of character has and is extremely popular with people looking to make their character seem like that, but it’s not all staying away from people. They are consistently irresponsible, they lie, they’re extremely impulsive, they’re irritable, and don’t have remorse. Sounds like a villain right? Look again. Irresponsible, not just forgetting to feed the dog, but being so bad they can’t keep a job, or be able to care for a pet. They would not make a good main villain because they would not be able to keep a handle on their own lives to get a point where they can harm others with more than random acts of violence or disregard.
Be original, look shit up, and try and make it believable. If you play a character who has been raped, or abused into a disorder such as Androphobia (a fear of men), learn how people in those situations cope. What mindsets do they have? How are they effected? Have they shut themselves off for fear of contacting a man, or perhaps they’ve worked around their phobia and just have to deal with their own problems. Panic attacks? Dreams? What goes on to make this realistic, and how can it be played without being overboard. A character who 'conveniently’ forgets they have a disorder, or have the symptoms only come up when they’ll make them the center of attention will not be a good character. Don’t base your character just on their disease either. Make it a part of them, but don’t let it overwhelm who they are.
Relationships:
You, magical creature, are going to roleplay with people, and with time and effort you’ll actually be friends or enemies or have back story that people might not expect. Especially with non-canon characters. Since even a fairly straightforward relationship can be bent by headcanon so that two parties might not see the same thing, it can be a good idea to have a list of people you regularly RP with. This will force you to understand your relationship with other characters, and let others see what to expect from you when you roleplay. Keep it solid, if you character grows, so be it, but do not deviate from course without good reason behind it. Don’t suddenly be cuddly with someone who hates you, don’t suddenly fear a character without them doing anything. Illogical reactions are going to seem weird, and if you have documented reason why you should, or might, react that way not only do you know what to do, but you can give people situations to enter into. If you have appropriate and extensive backstory and history, you can do anything.
Now be careful, don’t make relationships before you make them. If you’re entering a room, and you’re That Guy’s best friend, one of Thingummy’s ex-lovers, and So-and-so has the hots for you without you ever having interacted with any of the characters in RP, someone is going to die. I’ll give you a hint, it’s you. I don’t care if it makes you special and glittery, and I don’t give a shit if it’s needed for the plot you have in mind. If you connect yourself to a character without permission, or them at least being prepared to take the option with you, you are going to be shunned, hated, and avoided. People don’t like a character they have put their hearts and souls into being forced to deal with people they don’t know, and will get bullheaded about it. It happens. So if you do have premade relationships with anyone, check with who plays them for permission. First one to claim to be a child of any Canon character without a damned good reason will be shot, drawn, and quartered. Then burned.
Tattoos, Piercings, Scars and Other Marks:
Something interesting a character might have is a tattoo, or a piercing. These are chosen by the character, and can help define who they are. If they’re an independent type, the tattoo could be a statement that they don’t give a shit what other people think. Big changes, people dying, lives changing. Tattoos are a big deal, and it serves to remember that they aren’t just thrown on to look pretty, they should have meaning close to a character’s heart, and represent something about them. Piercings are less overwhelmingly there than tattoos, you can remove them, but they can also show a little more about your character. Favorite earrings are wings? Maybe there’s a reason for that.
Scars are another big thing, and if your character is a fighter it would be wise to have some scars on hand, so to speak. These are placed without permission most of the time, and represent fights and life. If your character has been maimed and attacked by someone, this is going to leave a lasting impression on their skin. The scar itself can have deep meaning, be a symbol of loss, or regret. It can be a mark showing you shouldn’t trust everyone you meet, or it can be the sacrifice that led to an amazing victory. The body is a road map of where it has been and what it as done, and scars are the sticky notes that reminds us of what has happened. So throw some around!
Other marks, like birth marks, moles, or the like can effect what a character looks like and how they see themselves. It’s a part of them too, and it’s always nice to know what people have. It might just be a character quirk, but it makes them different from the standard character in little ways.
Alignment:
Consider how your character will make a situation work, and how they will react to a situation by trying out an alignment. Alignments are a DnD sort of thing, but they have their uses in letting people identify what kind of character you are playing, and what to expect. Here’s the chart:
Lawful Good Neutral Good Chaotic Good
Lawful Neutral Neutral Neutral Chaotic Neutral
Lawful Evil Neutral Evil Chaotic Evil

Law implies honor, trustworthiness, obedience to authority, and reliability. On the downside, lawfulness can include closed-mindedness, reactionary adherence to tradition, judgmentalness, and a lack of adaptability. Those who consciously promote lawfulness say that only lawful behavior creates a society in which people can depend on each other and make the right decisions in full confidence that others will act as they should.
Chaos implies freedom, adaptability, and flexibility. On the downside, chaos can include recklessness, resentment toward legitimate authority, arbitrary actions, and irresponsibility. Those who promote chaotic behavior say that only unfettered personal freedom allows people to express themselves fully and lets society benefit from the potential that its individuals have within them.
Someone who is neutral with respect to law and chaos has a normal respect for authority and feels neither a compulsion to obey nor a compulsion to rebel. They are honest but can be tempted into lying or deceiving others.Good implies altruism, respect for life, and a concern for the dignity of sentient beings. Good characters make personal sacrifices to help others.
Evil implies harming, oppressing, and killing others. Some evil creatures simply have no compassion for others and kill without qualms if doing so is convenient or if it can be set up. Others actively pursue evil, killing for sport or out of duty to some malevolent deity or master.People who are neutral with respect to good and evil have compunctions against killing the innocent but lack the commitment to make sacrifices to protect or help others. Neutral people are committed to others by personal relationships.
What does this mean for you and your mother, after I steal it from Wikipedia? It means that Lawful Good makes good things happen by using the law, Lawful Neutral makes the Law happen whether it’s good or bad, Lawful Evil uses the Law to do bad things. Neutral Good ignores laws and Chaos, just generally doing what feels right to do good, Neutral doesn’t particularly use law over chaos, or evil over good. It just happens. Neutral Evil uses whatever works to cause bad things. Chaotic Good does things which ignore the law and make no sense to do good things, Chaotic Neutral is just as likely to be an ass with whatever is at hand than be good, and Chaotic Evil is the bad of the bad guys, those people who ignore laws and rules, and just do whatever and everything they can to hurt others. Go look it up more if you’re interested, Wikipedia did a good job on it.
Occupation:
Do not choose your occupation just because it sounds cool! And HAVE one, unless you have a valid reason otherwise. People need money, objects, and things in the world and to have this you need a reason. Not only this, but a job can give you reason not to be places, or to be somewhere easy to find at almost all times. A job should fit the character, and how they react to it will show who they are. The kid who hates his job as a bus boy, the girl who works in a library, and the construction worker? All of them have a different feel, and it gives them special skills because of the set of choice. So research! Have fun, but don’t go overboard and choose something crazy, nor choose way too many jobs.
Fears, Wishes, and Goals:
Each of these three things will influence your character mightily. They will help shape their personality, and mold them into the character you want, but they are so important, that they can completely alter the outcome of situations you are not ready to give control over to. They are very powerful, and should be used correctly and not flippantly. Do not give your character a fear, wish, or goal with the intent to use it solely as a plot device or when it’s most advantageous when a fear is a weakness, just like wishes and goals can be.
Fears are obviously what your character is scared of. They limit and control them disallowing them from certain activities, and cause them to shy away from people and things. Fears can break a ferocious fighter down to a wimp, they can make someone cry, they can cause panic attacks, or even make them lash out and attack. Fear is very powerful, and can even control a person into doing what you want, so a leader they fear or someone holding something over their head may lead them to do things they normally wouldn’t. Fears are flexible, and can be used against your character, but to learn and grow using them makes your character stronger and more unique.
Wishes are less like limits due to fear, and more along the line of a way to coax a character towards a goal. They can be used as the carrot, where fears are the stick. A character may do stupid things in order to gain something they really want, or it may influence who they are. A character who loves and wants freedom more than anything will reach for it at every occasion it’s given. It may be a weakness, but it can be a strength. If you get what you wish for, you have to select something new to replace it. You learn and grow using short-term goals like wishes. They are also wistful versus a full on need to get to it point. A subquest if you will in the desires of the heart.
Goals are stronger than wishes, and thus can cause more problems. They can ruin relationships, they can get people killed. They don’t have to be gentle, a piece of revenge or your own death in battle can show up. Goals are dangerous, making people reach for them can cause entire storylines to erupt. A character with a goal is going to work towards it, and a smart one may create an entire web of intricate work to force it to come about. A goal also feeds into history, to be the best cop, or the strongest fighter can come about because of something towards childhood. It takes a lot more to get to a goal, and it can become the driving force of all that a character is. To lose it, is a mind numbing life shattering experience that a character may never recover from. So keep this in mind when creating one.
Song:
For those aurally minded, a song is always nice. Check how it sounds, and how the lyrics go to find something that really shows off what parts of your character you like seen. To really see if the song fits them, try playing it while you’re roleplaying them. If you stop to say 'man that fits so good’ and fall into a zone while listening? You may have the perfect fit. If it grates on you and makes it hard to roleplay your character you probably have it way wrong. Try again! Those who are really, really into music, or just like having a selection to work with might even try making a play list.
Scent:
Weird sounding? Yeah, but when someone hugs you they smell what you do and where you’ve been. Having a signature scent can actually change how people perceive your character. Scents have memories, if you smell like gasoline, people will think of gas stations and all that comes with it good or bad. Gun powder might make someone think of battle, or another person of someone they love. Cigarettes, mint gum, lotion, perfume, sweat, or anything else is going to cause someone to be closer to your character. And personally, I hate the shit out of when someone tells me my character smells of 'grass and honey’ when the guy should smell like 'leather and bad ass.'
Now if you’ve created a character you’re proud of, you may want to read more to help you keep this character likable in how you play them, and not just who they are. A perfectly good character can be completely destroyed by playing it badly, or making it seem annoying through a few pitfalls some roleplayers seem to fall for pretty easily.

2018.07.13 23:14 Left4DayZ1 Wishlist: Hitman 3 Locations/Mission Ideas PART 2

Part 1 Here: https://www.reddit.com/HiTMAN/comments/8yntwi/wishlist_hitman_3_locationsmission_ideas_part_1/
Mission Name: Edifice Complex
Synopsis- While in Detroit, another contract is given to the ICA. 47 is sent to a long-abandoned high-rise building that is currently undergoing renovations to be converted into high class lofts and business offices. 47 must eliminate the corrupt Site Inspector, the shady Real Estate Mogul, and the devious, eccentric, panic-attack prone billionaire bankrolling the money laundering and drug trade operation that this building is going to be a part of.
Setting- A high rise office building built in the 1920's and abandoned in 1983. Currently the top 2 floors, including penthouse, have been fully renovated so that primary tenant may take up residency as the rest of the building is finished. The ground floor up to the second floor are undergoing renovation, the fourth floor is being used as temporary equipment and supply storage, the fifth through 29th floors remain in their abandoned, decayed state (though only floors 5, 6, 28 and 29 are accessible- the rest are unable to be accessed by elevator at this time). The roof and helipad are also accessible.
Disguises-
Worker: Various combinations of cargo pants or blue jeans, t-shirts or cut offs, safety glasses, ball caps or hard hats. As most workers for jobs of this nature are independent contractors, it should be easy to fit in without drawing suspicion, just don't get too close to the foreman. Allowed anywhere construction is taking place and can blend in with most tools and equipment.
Leasing Agent: A Leasing Agent is on site to take photos of the finished office space on the 30th and 31st floors. He is allowed anywhere on those floors and those floors alone. Catch him in the lobby or miss your shot to get his disguise.
Client: A potential client of the property, visiting to get a look at some of the office spaces available for rent. Several of these show up in a group, 47 can blend in with them wearing any of his suits.
Maintenance Staff: Has access to all finished floors, but must face pat-down before entering the penthouse suite.
Security Officer: Site security on patrol.
Safety Agent: From the Worker's Safety Coalition, wanders around inspecting safety devices on equipment and observes workers to make sure they're following safety guidelines. Will discover if safety systems have been disabled and re-enable them - you'll want to get rid of him before you set up any accidents. Disguise can be used to tamper with safety devices un-suspiciously.
Squatter: An unauthorized resident of the building, hiding out on one of the abandoned floors. This disguise does not grant you any access but is included for unique challenges.
Items/Weapons-
Rebar - A piece of steel meant for providing support for poured concrete walls and foundation. The sharpened end from where it was cut off a larger piece makes this a lethal melee weapon.
Paint Can - Can be used as a distraction or a non-lethal melee weapon. A worker wouldn't look out of place carrying one.
Sledge Hammer - Lethal two-handed blunt melee weapon.
Nail Gun - If the safety mechanism is defeated, this battery-operated framing tool will launch a construction nail about 50ft through the air. Useful for long-distance distractions. Can be lethal at point blank range.
Shovel, Screw Driver, Hammer, Crow Bar, Propane Tank, Fire Extinguisher, etc - most tools and items make an appearance here.
Challenges
Just Like Jimmy: Push the Mogul into a hole and then cover him up with concrete from the Mixer.
Shish Kabob: Kill the Mogul by causing him to fall onto the protruding Rebar.
Fire in the Hole!: Detonate an explosive inside the Cement Mixer when The Inspector is looking inside.
Nailed: Kill a Target with the Nail Gun.
Hammered: Kill a target with the sledge hammer.
House of Cards: Collapse the scaffolding onto the Inspector.
Inside Man: Induce the Billionaire into a panic attack and kill him while dressed as his body guard.
Fly Swatter: Use the crane to knock down the Billionaire's escape helicopter as he flees.
Eminent Domain: Kill all 3 Targets while disguised as the Squatter.

Mission Name: Bet On Your Life
Synopsis: 47 travels to a world-famous high roller Casino Hotel in China to eliminate 3 key members of an international human trafficking ring and disrupt operations permanently. One of the targets is the Casino Owner himself. The other two key members are visiting the Casino to conduct business, but will certainly be partaking in their fair share of pleasure as well.
Targets: Bao Jiang, owner of the Jiang Dynasty Casino and one of the 3 pillars of the international trafficking ring, an extremely professional and paranoid man who surrounds himself with a well trained security staff at all times. Keith Morrow, operating out of Detroit, Michigan, United States - a compulsive gambler with a penchant for fits of rage when faced with a loss, even of the minor sort. Angel Lopez, operating out of Cancun and heavily into gambling on illegitimate fighting competitions which are usually fixed in his favor.
Key Opportunities: Angel Lopez- An illegitimate street-fight will be taking place in one of the sub levels of the Casino and Angel will be sure to be putting a large sum of money on a particular fighter - but 47 uncovers information which suggests that Angel plans on rigging the fight, as he has apparently done many times in the past, by doping the opponent. 47 can intercept the drug and instead dope the fighter that Angel has bet on, causing Angel to lose his money. 47 can also steal the payment briefcase that was taken as collateral (in order to be allowed to bet) with a similar case full of forged bills, so when the fight runner goes to count Angel's bet and sees the money is gone, he'll no doubt have Angel disposed of on account of fraud.
Keith Morrow- 47 learns that the ill-tempered Keith Morrow will be sticking to his favorite game - Texas Hold 'Em. While Keith is a skilled Poker player, he's no match for Agent 47's ability to count cards. 47 can disguise himself as one of the other players in the Poker game and give Keith a literal run for his money. When Keith loses the game, he will become so angry that he will decide to personally murder 47 to get his money back. 47 can use this opportunity to lure Keith into his own demise.
Bao Jiang- Not much will get Bao to leave his well secured office penthouse - not even a building evacuation. Bao has several plans in place in the event of an evacuation - his safe room, in the event of a hostile attack, his escape helicopter, or the express elevator to the basement parking garage. 47 can sabotage one of these 3 escape plans and then trigger an evacuation (fire alarm, shooting, etc) to determine which route Bao will take. He drop a radio/satellite antenna (by shooting the mount) onto the helicopter as it prepares to take off (nod to Max Payne), defeat the safety brake system on the elevator and break the cable as it descends, or put a bomb in the armored vehicle.
Expose the Operation- Although the 3 key players in the trafficking ring will be dead, the operation needs to be exposed to the world so that federal law enforcement agencies and sweep up what remains. This may seem at odds with the notion of covertly eliminating these 3 men, but it's an unwritten agreement that when the ICA gets involved in matters such as these, federal agencies tend to look past the details of their deaths. 47 will need to enter the highly secured server room and install an ICA provided WiFi uplink to connect Jiang's secure server to the internet and trigger a mass upload of its contents. Once the data is out there on the internet, it will be there for forever.
Killing all 3- Exposing the Operation will send the targets into a panic situation. They will likely attempt to meet and figure out a plan, but Jiang's paranoia will cause him to distrust the other two and the meeting will surely be highly volatile. 47 can push Jiang over the edge by planting evidence on Angel and Keith, causing Jiang to other them both to be killed. Of course, Keith and Angel's personal body guards will return fire. If 47 is in the right place at the right time, as the bullets are flying, he can deliver a fatal dose of lead to Jiang himself and slip out undetected in the chaos- otherwise he will still have to eliminate Jiang via one of his escape routes.
Of course, all 3 targets can be eliminated using more traditional methods, but, especially in the case of Bao Jiang, it may not be as easy to get them alone as other targets have been in the past.
Mission-Specific Items: ICA Uplink - This device, when plugged into any computer, will establish a connection to the nearest WiFi network and bypass any security. This is intended to bring offline systems online, giving the ICA- or anyone else, for that matter- access to data stored on closed-networks. Poker Invitation - Not just anybody can sit down at a high stakes poker table. You need an invitation, and that’s something that can only be obtained through a large down-payment (or by taking it off someone who has one). You don't* need to take their disguise as well, but you can if you want to. Penthouse Keycard - Unlocks doors on the penthouse level. Room 1301 Keycard - Allows access to 47’s reserved room on the 13th floor. 1st, 2nd, 11th, 12, and 13th floor Keycards -Allows access to all doors on their respective floors. Maintenance Keycard - Unlocks all doors in the sub levels, all elevators, all maintenance areas on accessible floors, and rooftop access. Portable Defibrillator - Carried by Casino Medical Staff. Can start-or stop a human heart. 2-Way Rad*io - Carried by most Casino staff.
Disguises - Jiang’s Special Security - Unlimited Access to entire Casino and Hotel, but all other Special Security will not be fooled by this disguise - nor will Jiang.* Casino Security - Mostly unlimited access to entire building, with the exception of the Penthouse and sub levels. Maintenance Staff - Allows access to sub levels and maintenance areas as well as all public spaces. Bellhop - Allows access to all public spaces and restricted areas of the casino area. Room Service - Allows access to all public spaces, restricted areas of the casino area, and all guest rooms on all floors - except the penthouse level. Poker Player, - Wears an old fashioned translucent poker visor, polo shirt and khaki pants. Access to all public spaces and room 1337 only. May blend in at any game or table until asked to leave (for not playing). Fight Referee, - Access to sub level fight arena area only. Referees are non-partial parties paid to fly in from various places, so nobody should be familiar with his appearance. Allowed into the locker room pre-fight to inspect fighters lockers. Janitor - Allowed anywhere on the property, but limited access to restricted areas, such as the sub levels or penthouse - must be called up via radio to fix a problem and be allowed access. Casino Enforcer - Jiang's junkyard dogs assigned to extract payment (or sacrifice) from delinquent gamblers. Casino Fire Crew - The Casino has its own fire crew to respond to fires while waiting for the fire department to arrive. Stealing a fire crew disguise and then causing a small fire might allow an opportunity to get behind the scenes. Casino Medic - The Casino has its own medical staff to treat injuries or medical emergencies while EMT's are en route. Agnolo D’Alvade - A VIP of the hotel and close personal friend of Bao Jiang. Allowed unlimited access to the entire building. Just don't get too close to Jiang or his Special Security Team, or other key members of Casino staff. Sheikh Zanzib*ar - A frequent high roller VIP guest of the Casino given Lower Penthouse Accomodations (Penthouse level just below the top Penthouse/Jiang's Penthouse). Has a master key for all floors except the top Penthouse and sub levels.
Assassination Opportunities Fight and Flight - Rig the fight so Angel Lopez loses his bet, and swap his bet money with counterfeit bills to put him in the crosshairs of Casino enforcers. Kill him as he flees or let the enforcers do your dirty work. A Long Drop and a Sudden Stop* - Arrange events so that Bao Jiang attempts to escape via Express Elevator, and cause the Elevator to crash down.* Texas Fold 'Em - Beat Keith Morrow at the Poker Match and lure him into seclusion, then kill him. Payneful Turbulence - Cause Jiang's escape chopper to crash. Shock to the Heart - Sedate Keith Morrow and respond as Medical Crew to kill him with the Defibrillator. Fire! - Start a fire to trigger the automated evacuation and kill Jiang as he flees. Unsafe Ro*om - Trigger a lockdown and kill Jiang inside his safe room.

Mission Name: Enemies Within
Note: I'm not a Hitman Lore expert so please forgive any inaccuracies.
Without knowing how the Providence story line will shake out, let's just say it happens that Soders wasn't the only person within the ICA who was on Providence's payroll, and over time it becomes apparent to Diana that there are sleepers still working within the ICA, laying low since Soders' death and apparently waiting for the right opportunity to resume operations.
This will turn out to be 47's most difficult mission yet, as not only is he tasked with infiltrating a highly secured building full of people that know what he looks like, but one that also contains a number of expert agents who not only know Agent 47's common methods, but are specifically trained in them.
47 has 6 targets to eliminate among the various divisions of the ICA HQ.
Soders' Former Assistant- Not trained in field work in any way but has a dangerous amount of knowledge regarding 47's operations. While Soders was out on medical leave, the Assistant has been at the helm handling Soders' official ICA dealings, as well as his secret, illegitimate involvement with Providence. Since Soders' death, his Assistant has been at work secretly covering his own tracks, attempting to clear himself of any connection to Providence at all.
Head of ICA Research & Development- With Soders on their Payroll, Providence has been making use of the ICA's extremely advanced R&D department to provide special equipment to key players across the glove. Under the table, of course. The Head of the R&D department is willfully complicit, and she must be eliminated.
Field Operative Trainer- Among the wide ranging efforts of Providence to utilize the ICA for their own nefarious deeds, the Agent who trains new ICA Operatives is a direct plant of Providence, replacing the former trainer after a freak accident left him physically disabled. The new Field Operative Trainer has been tasked specifically with training the new operatives to subvert the methods used by the ICA's top operative - Agent 47, since Agent 47 is a wildcard that Providence is unable to compromise. The new operatives are being trained, ultimately, to beat 47 at his own game, and take him out of the picture once and for all.
ICA Trainee 1- See Below
ICA Trainee 2- Top level recruits being trained in the methods of Agent 47 with the ultimate goal of defeating him. Defeating this recruit will be difficult, as they will be more aware of 47's movements and traps. It would be wise to target the Trainees first and foremost, because even if 47 is able to eliminate the other targets in accidents, these Trainees will surely pick up on the strange circumstances of multiple accidental deaths within a short time span.
Gamma Agent- The Gamma Agent is the ICA's top agent under 47, who has been trained and groomed to know 47's methods inside and out. Defeating her will be 47's greatest challenge of his career, as she will not only be wary of disguises, traps, or outright assaults - but will be actively utilizing these same methods to eliminate 47. 47 will need to be careful not to find himself falling victim to his very own methods, and will need to watch out for suspicious behaviors, objects that appear out of place, suspiciously vacant areas, hidden, unclothed bodies, and other telltale signs that an Agent utilizing 47's own tricks of the trade is possibly nearby.
Unique Items The Research and Development Division will have a number of experimental gadgets and items that 47 may find useful. Note: These items can be unlocked through mastery of this final mission. The idea behind these particularly crazy items being unlocked in the FINAL mission is to not break the entire game prior to this mission, but to allow players to have fun screwing around and experimenting with these items after they've beaten the game.
Hallucinogenic Poison- In Syringe and Vial form, this Hallucinogenic Drug is the same experimental drug used by Ezra Berg. Neither he nor the ICA were able to get the formula down perfectly, however the most recent sample in possession of the R&D department has shown the most consistent results. Research notes suggest that the subject's initial mental state tends to play the biggest role regarding what effect the drug has on them. A calm person may simply be put into a relatively sedate condition, becoming less aware of their surroundings. A paranoid person may see their fears become manifested in the form of hallucinations, an aggressive person may become unpredictably volatile (security guards may attack people nearby, regular civilians will just become lethargic, certain key characters will have unique responses)
Remote EMP Device- A small yet highly conspicuous disposable EMP device activated via remote. Although useful in certain situations, the overall effectiveness of this device was not seen as important enough to warrant mass production. This device can be used to discreetly disrupt any electronics within a 10ft radius. This can be used as a distraction, to erase hard drives, shut down cameras, and more.
"EMP" Rubber Duck- A blue rubber ducky originally designed as a discreet EMP device, but faulty design has barred it from authorization for field use. The requirement of a high powered battery yielded many obstacles in its design and ultimately resulted in this failure of a device which, despite its supposedly water-proof housing, became a lethal electrocution device whenever it came into contact with water due to the rapidly overheating battery burning through the rubber housing within seconds of being activated. May be useful for other purposes, however.
ICA Smart Rifle- Deemed unsuitable for field use despite being an overall well-functioning device, this Smart Rifle is designed to be fired remotely. The Rifle is build into a fairly bulky case that. The case transforms into a mount/stand for the rifle. When the Rifle is armed, it awaits a signal from the Transmitter - a small, button-sized device upon which the Rifle will focus automatically. The user would plant the Transmitter onto a target - for example, on a human, the transmitter would be stuck to their back between their shoulder blades - and when the LED on the remote turns green, the rifle has acquired a direct line of sight to the target, and may be fired. The Smart Rifle was ultimately deemed impractical and unsuitable for field use due to the cost of production outweighing its overall usefulness - a manually fired sniper rifle would be just as effective, without requiring the shooter to return and take down the rifle after the shot has been fired. The Transmitter is discreet enough that it can be discreetly placed on a target even in the middle of a crowd. 47 will gently place his hand on the target's back as if accidentally bumping into them.
ICA Remote Explosive Decoy Gun- A dummy pistol modeled after the Bartoli 75R. Except under extreme scrutiny, appears to be an ordinary pistol, but in reality there is an integrated explosive charge that can be activated remotely or by pulling the trigger. This device was deemed unfit for field usage after a number of reported incidents involving Agents getting it mixed up with the real Bartoli 75R service weapon. This could be used similarly to the remote explosive duck, or in certain cases, by swapping an individual's own sidearm with the decoy and allowing them to blow themselves up.
Opportunities
The Assistant- Sabotage with Hallucinogenic Poison and he will succumb to his paranoia and commit suicide by jumping from the window.
Swap Soder's "desk gun" with the Explosive Decoy Gun and watch him blow himself up when he attempts to shoot 47.
The R&D Head- Plant a transmitter on her, then activate the 3 dormant Smart Rifles on display in her office, and place a call to the phone on her desk.
Use the EMP device to wipe her security badge data when she enters the armory. When the system recognizes a human occupant with no badge, it will trigger the automatic lock down protocol and release non-lethal knock-out gas, which of course you've already sabotaged by switching the feed line to nearby propane tanks, which will inevitably cause a massive deadly fireball when she fires her pistol trying to shoot out the glass to escape the room.
(will have to work on some ideas for the other targets)
Bonus Mission...
Mission Name: House of the Devil
House of the Devil is an amalgamation of the Blood Money levels A House of Cards and Dance with the Devil, intended as a standalone bonus/DLC mission.
Map Design - The Shamal Hotel featured in A House of Cards will be the main structure of the map, but will now also include the parking garage, sub-basement, and top floor penthouse as seen in the Shark Club building in* A Dance with the Devi*l.
The front entrance to The Shamal will remain mostly the same, albeit with the modern Hitman flair - more NPC's, more details, more freedom. It will be expanded and redesigned to look more elegant and classy.
Around the side of the building is the entrance to the parking garage. This will look similar to the parking garage entrance in the Blood Money version, and the layout will be mostly the same, however the first floor lobby and security desk will not be included.
The sub-basement features the Hell party, a masquerade type party with a demonic theme. The penthouse suite on the top floor features the Heaven party.
The main floor of the building features a casino and a middle-eastern themed restaurant, just as its Blood Money counterpart did, except the casino is on the same level as the lobby instead of down a flight of stairs.
the sub-basement, parking garage, lobby, floor 7, floor 8, and the penthouse are all accessible via elevator.
The Story - There are 5 targets in this mission. Anthony Martinez, Vaana Ketlyn, Henrik Schmutz, The Sheikh, and Tariq Abdul Lateef.
Schmutz was a former Ether employee and stole vital DNA samples and research. He intends to sell this research to Ether's number one competitor - APEX International.
APEX's CEO, The Sheikh, will be arriving in person to field the purchase of Schmutz's stolen DNA samples and research.
The Sheikh's head scientist, Tariq Abdul Lateef, will also be present to inspect the samples and research prior to handing over the payment.
The three are expected to meet at some point this evening at the Shamal Hotel, but there is a complication.
Anthony Martinez, a corrupt CIA agent working multiple angles for his own financial gain, is attending a masquerade party at the Shamal as cover - he plans to hijack the DNA research, and well as the payment, and sell it on the international black market.
In order to accomplish this, he has enlisted the help of Vaana Ketlyn, a major player in global black trade, who will help him fence the research in exchange for half The Sheikh's intended payment. The two have a history together of mixing business with pleasure.
Our client is a third party who wants the DNA research recovered and destroyed before it falls into the wrong hands. What you do with The Sheikh's payment is entirely up to you. The client also wants The Shiekh, Lateef and Schmutz eliminated, which will deliver a major blow to unethical DNA
The Mission - Apart from the inclusion of two extra characters and a number of new opportunities, the House of Cards portion of the mission will play out largely the same. The Sheikh, Schmutz and Lateef will play out very similar routines, with a few modifications to fit with the updated game play of the new title. Martinez will at some meet with Ketlyn in the sub-basement to discuss plans on how to acquire the research and money.
Opportunities
The Jaws of Defeat - Vaana Ketlyn has spared no expense with her Heaven and Hell themed raves, but the real spectacle is the live shark swimming around in the water tanks surrounding the dance floor in the sub-basement. As a former world-renowned circus performer, it wouldn't be out of the ordinary for Ketlyn to perform a death-defying stunt. Perhaps there is an opportunity to up the stakes? - Vaana will perform a stunt routine involving the Shark. Rig the safety equipment to cause her to fall into the shark tank and be devoured. Her opioid-impaired party goers may very well think it's all part of the show.
A Dance with the Devil - Anthony Martinez and Vaana Ketlyn have a decade-long history of business relationships, with plenty of pleasure mixed in. Apparently, it has been two years since they last saw each other in person, and judging by their recent phone calls, their reunion may be an emotional moment. Nevertheless, they are both professionals and will likely focus on the job at hand... unless they can be persuaded. Catching them in the moment might be a good opportunity to eliminate them both at once. Spike Martinez's drink with an aphrodisiac, and send flowers to Ketlyn. During their meeting, set the sound system to play a slow romantic song. They will issue security staff to clear the dance floor for a private dance. Dispose of them in any way you see fit (dropping the lighting rig is one option).
Poor Reception - The Sheikh has been complaining that his phone calls are being dropped due to poor reception inside the building, and that he is tired of walking outside to take calls. This may be a chance to get him right where you want him.Acquire and use Lateef's cell phone to call The Sheikh, and kill him when he goes outside to take the call. You can carry the cell phone with you and call him from anywhere, but if you prefer remaining true to the original, you can snipe him from Lateef's hotel room.
Room Service - Lateef will need to thoroughly examine the DNA samples and research that Schmutz plans to sell to The Sheikh, but since The Sheikh insists that he and Lateef are not seen together, Schmutz will visit Lateef in Lateef's hotel room with the briefcase, but they apparently have never met and do not know what each other looks like. Posing as Room Service may give you an opportunity to slip into the room ahead of their meeting and prepare for Schmutz's arrival. Getting a Room Service disguise and an 8th floor Master Keycard will grant you access to Lateef's room. Lateef will insist that he did not call for room service, but 47 will make up some excuse about expired dairy product in the mini-fridge and needing to check the expiration dates. From there, you can either distract Lateef so you can hide in the room, or kill him and take his disguise. Eventually, Schmutz will show up and you can either examine the briefcase and let him go, examine the briefcase and discreetly plant a remote bomb and then let him go, examine the briefcase, stand up and kill him right there, or jump him the moment he walks in the door.. among any other number of things.
No Deal - The Sheikh is not a trusting man, and does not completely buy into Schmutz's claim that he has betrayed Ether by stealing the DNA research. As far as corporate espionage goes, this would be a deadly game for Schmutz to play, were he to double-cross The Sheikh. Schmutz has every intention on following through with the deal - his loyalty is to the highest bidder, and nobody will bid higher than The Sheikh. But, sabotaging the DNA samples and research and allowing the meeting to go through will no doubt cause The Sheikh to have Schmutz eliminated. Sneak into Schmutz's room, ruin the DNA samples (poison) and then allow Schmutz to meet with Lateef. Lateef will appear surprised that the samples are no good, but will pretend like everything is ok. When Schmutz leaves the room, Lateef will call The Sheikh and inform him that Schmutz is lying. The Sheikh will have his guards intercept Schmutz and lead him to an outside area to kill him. You can; kill Lateef after he calls The Sheikh, kill The Sheikh before he walks back inside after taking the phone call (only possible with a sniper rifle), and allow The Sheikh's men to kill Schmutz.

2017.08.19 19:50 Left4DayZ1 [Mission Concept] House of the Devil

House of the Devil is an amalgamation of the Blood Money levels A House of Cards and Dance with the Devil.
Map Design - The Shamal Hotel featured in A House of Cards will be the main structure of the map, but will now also include the parking garage, sub-basement, and top floor penthouse as seen in the Shark Club building in A Dance with the Devil.
This may be a chance to get him right where you want him. Acquire and use Lateef's cell phone to call The Sheikh, and kill him when he goes outside to take the call.
More on the way, just out of time to type it up for now.

YOU'LL NEVER WILDLY SPECULATE ALONE

This should act as your one stop shop. I will do what I can to provide a brief synopsis for the players that are in, out, and in between. All information is ranked according to the Transfer Reliability Guide. Tables will be ordered by the most recent news, and I will indicate updates on any situation in the brief synopsis, and, if it makes sense, update the links related to that player. Please check the last box to see whether or not it's actually reliable. You are welcome to post any new rumors here in comments and I will add them in as I have time.
TODAY'S NEWS: AUGUST 31
Pearce indicates that it is unlikely that Liverpool will sign anyone else before the window shuts.
Next up is that the alleged and believed magic number for Thomas Lemar is €100M, which Liverpool, thus far, haven't met. That said, I can't find a legitimate source on that number, and as they say, "A lie travels half-way 'round the world before the truth can tie its shoes."
UPDATE: Arsenal have pulled out of the deal as they feel they've run out of time to agree to personal times. Sanchez stays put.
Dominic King has stated that there will be no more incomings this window, only outgoings. It's been fun, folks. Thanks for coming along for the ride.
Divock Origi has gone on loan to Wolfsburg. Liverpool will receive £6M pounds, have all of his wages paid by Wolfsburg, and we have the option to recall him in January.
Palace is allegedly still negotiating for Sakho, despite the bid for Mangala
Sakho has been sold. £26M
Toni Gomes has gone on loan to Forest Green Rovers.
Jordan Williams has gone on loan to Rochede United
Ryan Kent has gone to Freiburg on loan.

I took some of my own ideas and the suggestions of others to come up with this possible schedule:

24th Central Midfielders

The body of each thread is mainly just something to keep me occupied during the break, so feel free to discuss whichever aspect(s) of it that you want to or your own talking point(s). I figured with this being the last international break of the season it could be good to focus on the summer transfer window and next season, but anything goes really. If this becomes a recurring thing maybe we can come up with different themes for the Autumn breaks.

2016.09.20 17:01 S01780 [EVENT] Global Affected Vaccination Program begins, USN Task Forces deployed

U.S. Department of State Harry S. Truman Building, Washington, D.C.
with the
Centers for Disease Control and Prevention 1600 Clifton Rd, Atlanta, GA
The United States Department of State, in conjunction with the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, in accordance with the completion of the Domestic Pandemic Vaccination Program (DPVP), have begun executing the Global Affected Vaccination Program (GAVP).
At this time, CDC will begin deploying vaccines to affected countries only. The GAVP is designed to halt the spread of disease by stabilizing affected countries, preventing mass refuge movements, and denying contagion the means to spread in affected populaces, implementing an effective herd immunity.
In such countries, CDC teams, supplemented by contractors, will work with local authorities, central government officials, NGOs, and citizens, to identify and implement the most effective and needed vaccines, the most efficient vaccination distribution and supply methods, and the highest priority areas to assist.
With a total emergency capacity of approximately 80 million doses of varying "Zero Day" vaccinations per month, U.S. pharmaceutical manufacturers will continue to partner with the U.S. DoS and CDC to identify any mutating diseases, and pinpoint the most critical afflicting diseases per region.
The following will be the initial rollout of the GAVP for January 2nd - April 12th, 2031.

2016.09.19 00:15 marabou22 Extremely bizarre date story

Note: I couldn't think of a better heading that wouldn't be a spoiler. But this really is a weird one...
I met this dude on OKcupid. (note: i'm also a guy). He only had a couple of photos up but he seemed cute. He lived near Union Square in NYC and I had to buy some shit near there so we made tentative plans for Saturday to meet up in front of the Barnes and Nobles.
I texted him in the morning, saying I would be there at noon and if he could make it he should meet me there. If not no biggie. I had to do some shopping around there anyways.
I got there and there was a guy milling around outside. The guy didn't look much like the photos, it seemed they were taken when he was younger..or they were of someone that looked like him. It was strange, but not unheard of. We nodded at each other and shook hands... went for coffee.
We chat for about 20 minutes during which time he's asking me questions about my photography (I don't do photography) and a few other details that don't match my life. He had clearly gotten me mixed up with another OKcupid person he'd been talking to.
Eventually he gets a phone call and asks if I'd be cool with him taking the call outside. I told him it was no problem. Dude left... never came back. I went shopping. I was offended but I also wasn't really interested in the guy that much so I shrugged it off.
On Monday I get a text from him saying "Sorry... I left my phone at my friend's apartment and couldn't get it back all weekend." I thought..."huh?" I responded: You had your phone with you. He said, "no it was at my friends apartment." I said, "you took a phone call and left."
He says..." I think you have me confused with someone else... we haven't met, man"
Then came this flood of revelations like it was the end of an M. Night Shamal..etc. movie.
  1. Lots of people meet up at Barnes and Nobles in Union Square for various reasons. And BTW we never said our names to each other, just nodded and shook hands. 2.He looked different from his photos...but enough like him that there I went with it.
  2. He thought I was a professional photographer... for all I know he wasn't there for a date...could have been a business meeting.
  3. He probably realized he had met up with the wrong person and freaked the fuck out and that's why he left abruptly.
I've also entertained the possibility that it WAS the guy I was supposed to meet, using fake photos and such. But still, why do it? Why text me a couple days later? What would he have done if we did meet up after and it was the same person again?
If it wasn't clear...I never did meet the actual person I was messaging. We tried a couple times but the timing was bad. Like one time he texted me to see if I wanted to meet but I was in LA. Just never happened.
I'm sure whoever I did meet has been telling this story to other people... how he supposed to meet up with a photographer and somehow accidentally met up with me. I hope he didn't catch any flack for being late for his actual meet up.
Dating be weird right?

MATCH UPDATES

00: Players walking out. Nice banner and Cassandra Steen is also singing You'll Never Walk Alone. They should have turned off the mic and let the fans sign it, no offence but that was shocking :c
We won the coin flip, they might as well not even try tbh. Games over imo.
01: Maniz kick us off. The ball goes out early for a Liverpool freekick.
02: Good pass by matip to AA on the wing. He then crosses it to the other side to Moreno. He passes to Woodburn but we give up a foul for a late challenge
03: Freekick won by Emre in a nice area from around 25 yards. Sloppy pass from Mainz though. The freekick hits the wall and Mainz regain possession.
04: Mainz win a throw in. They run the ball down the win and cross it into the box, it's cleared out for another Mainz throw. This time further up the pitch.
05: Liverpool throw in as a Mainz player can't reach it in time. We get the ball up the pitch and win 2 throws in quick succession.
06: Liverpool throw near the middle of the pitch. We lose the ball due to some pressure but it's run out for a Liverpool goalkick.
07: Some short passes around the back and the ball is eventually cleared up the pitch. Liverpool have the ball but give up another freekick due to a messy tackle.
08: Mainz throw in down near our corner flag. They cross it but great intercepting header by Matip to stop the threat.
09: Arnold gets up the field and his cross goes across the ground as nobody gets to it. We get the ball on the other side but give away another freekick shortly after.
10: They pass it upfield and win a throw in
11: They get another throw in but Moreno receives the ball and makes a run up the wing.
12: He loses it due to a good tackle and Mainz have the ball in a decent position. Goes out for a goalkick.
13: PENALTY MAINZ!!, looked very harsh to be honest. A cross hits Wisdom's hand as he slides in to defend the cross
14: GOAL MAINZ!!: Keeper goes left, ball went right. Liverpool 0 - 1 Mainz
15: Liverpool tip us off again
16: Freekick won by Moreno
17: Mainz get the ball and break, freekick won by Mainz due to a stupid lunging Moreno tackle
18: The Mainz player seems to be injured as he has been down for quite some time
19: Looks like he will stay on, just on the sideline for a minute
20: Their goalie kicks it out for a throw in
21: Liverpool with a nice string of passes outside the Mainz box
22: Mainz win the ball back with a tackle on Origi and their keeper clears it
23: Moreno wins a freekick in Liverpool half of the pitch
24: Nice tackle by Moreno to stop them from breaking through and wins the ball back
25: Mainz get a cross in but it is headed wide. Liverpool goalkick
26: Mainz get the ball back and a good longball puts them on the attack. Headed clear from danger.
27: Grujic appears to have injured his ankle by landing on it awkwardly
28: He limps off to the side lines. Looks like he will continue.
29: A longball by a Mainz defender goes out for a goalkick for Liverpool
30: Ball goes out for a Mainz throw as the long ball is too high for Woodburn
31: Mainz cross the ball into the box but it's cleared by Henderson
32: Nice skill by a Mainz player to chip Moreno and get a shot off, ball goes wide however. Liverpool goalkick
33: Liverpool win a corner, will be taken by Hendo. As you would expect, complete shite delivery.
34: Moreno wins a freekick as he is blocked while running past a defender
There appears to be a problem with the broadcast. Match Thread will resume when it is restored.
Stream: http://www.sports-stream.net/ch4.html
41: Well i guess we didn't score from the freekick and apparently Grujic got another knock. Everything gone to shit
42: Nice turn by Origi but Mainz regain possession
43: Liverpool win a freekick, woodburn gets the ball but his cross goes wide. Goalkick Mainz
44: GOAL MAINZ!!, shit passing by liverpool is punished by Mainz breaking and getting another goal. Manninger beaten at his near post
45: Halftime after we take the tip off

Liverpool 0 - 2 Mainz

Halftime Thoughts
  • Moreno is having a mixed performance, there seems to be more bad then good though
  • We should maybe take off Grujic just in case he gets a worse injury?
  • The game needs someone like Mane/Firmino/Coutinho but does Klopp value this game enough to risk them?
  • We can occasionally get the ball near their box but not do much else. We don't look threatening at all
  • Wisdom is complete shit and has no future at Liverpool
  • Don't think anyone is fussed about this result. At this point we should probably give the youngsters a run out instead of bringing on our 1st team. No sense in risking a key player for the Arsenal game
Liverpool Subs
On: Stewart, Ings, Randall, Brannagan, Gomez
Off: Grujic, Woodburn, Arnold, Can, Lallana
45: Annoying music is annoying. Liverpool tip off and win a freekick
46: Good challenge on Moreno stops our attack.
47: Goes out for Mainz goalkick as Ings can't reach it
49: Stewart loses the ball and Mainz should have scored again. Blocked the shot because the guy took about 28 touches
53: Sorry was just updating the subs. Nothing major seems to have happened anyway.
54: Liverpool throw as Mainz pass up the pitch goes wide, Stewart gets bossed off the ball again
55: Mainz cross cleared by Wisdom, Mainz throw in
56: Liverpool throw in, the ball is cleared by Mainz
57: Origi is offside as he receives a longball by Wisdom
58: Can this game just fucking end please... This game is dead. We are now losing 3-0
61: They have another chance but it's slightly offside
63: Mainz make some subs
Has Manninger made a save yet?
64: Mainz throw in by our corner flag
65: We win a throw near their corner flag. Origi's touch is hard and it goes out
This fucking commentator. "Origi doesn't seem up for it". Oh it's not like he has played vs the best team in the world less then 24 hours ago, got on a fucking plan and is playing again in a meaningless game.
68: Klopp slapped his head so I guess he is annoyed. Probably give the lads a right bollikin' after this. Liverpool get a goalkick
69: You can tell by Origi that he doesnt give a single fuck atm. Pulling people's shirts and walking back from offside positions. They win a freekick
Liverpool Subs
On: Firmino, Gini
Off: Henderson, origi
74: They cross the ball and score.. 4 - 0
77: Liverpool throw in after a pass comes off a Mainz player
80: Disallowed goal as Ings is offside when it goes in off him
We have an BLACK MAN with no name on his shirt. Does he have a name? Faceless man?? Find out next time on Liverpool Match Thread.. DUN DUN DUUUUU
86: Wisdom suplexs a motherfucker. No foul cus the ref probably couldn't be arsed to blow his whistle and ass the extra time on

COME ON LADS LETS GET ONE AT LEAST!!

FULL TIME
well that was shit

2016.07.30 09:36 lynchdean A Guide to Liverpool Players

2016/17 /FantasyPL guide to Liverpool FC:

Firstly I'd like to say batchslip has already done an excellent job summarising our squad for next season, you should definitely go check his post out. I've got some time on my hands so I'd just like to give /FantasyPL a second opinion on our team.
Manager: Jürgen Klopp
Formation: 4-2-3-1
Expected Starting XI:
Mignolet Clyne Lovren Matip Moreno Can Henderson Mané Firmino Coutinho Sturridge
Notes:
  • Liverpool have no European football next season, meaning a less fatigued side and less of a need to rotate our best players.
  • We will have our first full pre-season under new manager Klopp.
  • Klopp is spending big money on players that actually fit our style of play.
Opening Fixtures:
Team H/A FDR
Arsenal A 4
Burnley A 1
Tottenham A 4
Leicester H 4
Chelsea A 3
Hull H 1

Goalkeepers:

Player £ Information GW1 XI Overall XI
Simon Mignolet 5.0 This year we may see further improvement to Simon with the addition of genuine competition in Loris Karius and the added guidance of experienced keeper Alex Manninger. He’ll 100% be our starting keeper for the start of the season due to Karius' injury. Yes ?
Loris Karius 5.0 Loris was brought in to the team to give competition to current starter Mignolet. From what I seen in pre-season he was on course to be in our GW1 XI. He has shown many of the goalkeeping qualities our fans have cried out for since Mignolet's arrival. Unfortunately he has suffered a broken hand in pre-season and is expected to be out for 8-10 weeks (Earliest GW6). No ?
Alex Manninger ? Experienced keeper who was brought in by Klopp as a playecoach, but will now play as backup to Mignolet due to Karius' injury until ~GW6. He's currently not listed on the FPL site but I expect he will be soon. He could be an interesting option if Mignolet picks up any knocks early on in the season. No No

Unlikely to be added to the FPL site is young keeper Shamal George. He has travelled with the first team on the pre-season tour and has yet to feature in nets for the first team, but due to an injury to Lucas in the pre-season game against Huddersfield he made his first appearance as a striker. Although we have still yet to see either George or Manninger feature for the team, I fully expect Manninger to serve as Mignolets' backup.

Danny ward and Adam Bogdan have both made loan moves away from the club to Huddersfield and Wigan respectively.

Opinion: I'd avoid a Liverpool keeper until our defence is sorted out, (i.e. the left back position is sorted out and our centre backs stop dropping like flies) or unless Karius picks up some serious form when he returns from injury.

Defenders:

Player £ Information GW1 XI Overall XI
Nataniel Clyne 5.5 Currently our best and most consistent defender. He is the only defender I'd expect to play every single premier league game next season. He is under no threat from either Flanagan or Randal. Expect a similar if not improved performance to last years because of Liverpool's lighter schedule. I'm very surprised that Clyne didn't pick up a single PL assist last season as he is heavily involved with the link-up play on the right wing. Yes Yes
Joel Matip 5.5 A great addition to our very inconsistent defence. He'll be contending with Sakho for the remaining centre back position. If all goes to plan (and with Sakho's current predicament) I expect Matip to take the place in our starting XI, especially if he can confidently defend set-pieces, something which Liverpool struggled horribly with last season. With 3 goals to his name last season, he also offers an attacking threat. Currently suffering from an ankle injury, it is still unclear if he will start GW1. (31/7 Edit): It's very likely Klavan will start GW1. No ?
Dejan Lovren 5.0 Dejan is our only nailed on centre back at the moment, as he is showing exactly why we bought him from Southampton for £20M. At £5.0, there is no reason to choose Lovren over the more attacking Moreno if he remains our first choice left back. Yes Yes
Alberto Moreno 5.0 The current word from respected journalists on Twitter suggests Liverpool are in the market for another left back this summer, but we are not linked to any player at this moment. Aside from Moreno's awful defensive performances, which have showed no signs of changing in pre-season, Alberto is by far our most attacking minded defender and you can expect a couple of goals/assists from him next season. Yes Yes
Mamadou Sakho 5.0 Currently recovering from an injury, Sakho will miss pre-season. Mama has also had a lack of game time because of the ridiculous drug case which forced him to miss the tail-end of Liverpool’s season, as well as a spot in France's Euro squad. Mama has been sent home from Liverpool's pre-season tour due to a lack of discipline, but has not fully tarnished his relationship with Klopp. Klopp is due to have talks with Sakho when he returns from the pre-season tour. Again at £5.0, Moreno is a better option. No ?
Ragner Klavan 5.0 Klavan is expected to play the 'Kolo Toure' role in Liverpool’s upcoming season. He will step in when Liverpool's centre back inevitably get injured. He looked defensively solid in the pre-season game against Chelsea and we could see Ragner start GW1 should Matip fail to recover in time. At £5.0, again Moreno is the better option. (31/7 Edit): After another solid performance from Klavan last night against Milan and with Matip yet to return from injury, I can say with almost certainty that Klavan will start GW1. Yes No
Joe Gomez 5.0 Promising young centre back who featured in left back last season. Unfortunately he has picked up another injury right after recovering from the one that seen him miss the majority of the 15/16 season. No No
Jon Flanagan 4.5 Likely to be loaned out, or will play as backup to both right and left back. No No
Kevin Stewart 4.5 Plays as a defensive midfielder, FPL haven't done their research here. Although he featured in a couple of games last season, I wouldn't expect many starts from Stewart due to Liverpool's lighter schedule. No No
Connor Randal 4.0 As with Stewart, he played a couple of games last season, but I don't expect him to feature next season. It wouldn’t be surprising if he was loaned out or sold. No No

Brad Smith has made the move to Bournemouth for £6M. This surely means that Klopp will be in the market for a left back.PleasePleasePlease

Opinion: Right now Moreno is Liverpool's most attractive defensive option, at £5.0 he could be considered an option for your team. Otherwise, I'd avoid any Liverpool defenders until the defensive unit can prove that they have improved over last year.

Midfielders:

Player £ Information GW1 XI Overall XI
Sadio Mané 9.0 Mané is a great signing for Liverpool and a great fit in Klopps system. At £9.0 he's a big risk, but if he can get rid of the inconsistencies in his game, he could prove to be a very good option. So far in pre-season he hasn't played a full game but has certainly impressed. I'd be very surprised if he doesn't start in GW1. Yes Yes
Roberto Firmino 8.5 If I was to suggest one player to put into your FPL squad from Liverpool, it would be Bobby Firmino. Firmino was the first player I put into my squad. His form post-December last season was up there with the very best. He's had a mixed pre-season so far, and has added a shocking top-knot to his head, but in all honesty he should continue right where he left off in the 2016 half of last season. So far he has been deployed as a striker in pre-season, which we could see again some time next season if Liverpool’s injury crisis reoccurs. Yes Yes
Philippe Coutinho 8.0 Although I hate to admit it, Coutinho is one great season away from a move to Barcelona or Real Madrid. On his day he is one of the best players in the PL. If Coutinho manages to play consistently throughout the season he will be a steal at £8.0. Yes Yes
Gini Wijnaldum 8.0 Gini is a signing that I'm very excited about, but nobody seems to know yet where exactly he will play. He could be rotated with our attacking midfielders, or play alongside Can in midfield. He has yet to feature in pre-season. I wouldn't put him in your team yet until we know exactly if he'll be in the starting XI and if so, where. We should get an idea of his position when he makes his debut against AC Milan in the ICC. (31/7 Edit): He had a very decent 45 minutes against Milan, playing in a midfield 3 in a 4-3-3 formation. No No
Adam Lallana 7.0 Lallana has thrived so far under Klopp and I believe he will play an important role in Liverpool's season next year, although with the additions that Klopp has made this summer, I don't see him as part of the starting XI any more. Lallana has earned himself the tag as more of a 'work horse' rather than a goal-scoring midfielder, which is not something you should be looking for in an FPL midfielder. Unless Lallana adds more goals to his game, there's better options. No No
Jordan Henderson 6.5 Henderson is still yet to return to the form he had in the 13/14 season due to his persistent injuries. If he doesn't find his form soon, his position in the starting XI is under threat. He may be an option at £6.5 if he replicates his goal scoring runs that he made during the 13/14 season, but for now there are much better attacking options <=£6.5. Yes Yes
James Milner 6.5 Milner became an assist machine towards the end of last season, but it's unlikely he will have a starting XI spot in the upcoming season. As with Henderson, he may be considered an option if he picks up a run of form. (Edit 9/8): Possible left back cover, but may be injured for GW1 No No
Lazar Markovic 5.5 I had big hopes for Lazar after seeing his potential in Football Manager long before he joined Liverpool, unfortunately it hasn't worked out for him so far. He spent last season on loan at Fenerbahçe, and has yet to impress in the pre-season cameo's he has made so far, although he has been suffering with sickness during the tour. I'd avoid him for now. No No
Emre Can 5.0 Liverpool’s only nailed on central midfielder at the moment. He's not an out and out defensive midfielder but he's Liverpools most defensively minded player in the starting XI. At £5.0 he's a very cheap option into Liverpool's starting XI, although he doesn't score many goals or contribute many assists. If he starts scoring, get him into your squad fast. Yes Yes
Marko Grujić 5.0 Could very well break into the starting XI at some stage this season with his performances in pre-season, but for now he's hasn't done enough to earn a spot in anyone's FPL squad. No No
Sheyi Ojo 5.0 A very exciting talent who will most likely feature as a substitute or even start against lesser teams. Due to the fact that he won't be a regular in the starting XI, there are better options at £5.0 No No
Lucas Leiva 4.5 A great servant to our club, who would fill in at centre back or defensive midfield should he be called upon, although it is very likely he will move on this summer. (Edit 9/8): Will decide if he moves to Galatasaray soon No No
Cameron Brannagan 4.5 Arguably Liverpool's most impressive academy graduate. Likely to be loaned out, as he has openly expressed that it would strengthen his chances of becoming a Liverpool regular. No No
Pedro Chirivella 4.5 Impressive young player who has a similar play-style to that of Xabi Alonso. He made a couple of appearances last year, but unlikely to feature in the PL due to Liverpool's lighter schedule. No No

Opinion: Firmino is your safest way into Liverpool’s very attacking midfield next season. With Coutinho and Mané either side of him and a fit Sturridge up front, he could prove to be a mainstay in everyone’s FPL squad next season. Coutinho and Mané are also very good options but carry the risk of being less inconsistent. You should also keep an eye on Can, Hendo and Milner should any of them hit a patch of form.

Forwards:

Player £ Information GW1 XI Overall XI
Daniel Sturridge 10.0 We all know about Daniel Sturridge. He's kept himself off of the side-lines for a considerable time now. *touches wood* Luckily for us, Hodgeson is no longer in charge of making sure he returns injured after every international break. When he's in form, he's better than any premier league striker apart from Aguero. He may lose some game time to Origi if Klopp decides that Sturridge is in risk of injury or fatigue. (Edit 31/7): Origi's performance last night has only added more uncertainty to the amount of game time Sturridge gets next season. (Edit 9/8): May miss GW1 through injury. Yes Yes
Christian Benteke 7.5 Likely to be offloaded this summer, Benteke doesn't fit Liverpool's style of play and will most likely be 5th choice striker behind Sturridge, Origi, Ings and Firmino. He was very close to a move to Crystal Palace which could still happen at any moment. He would be a great option in your FPL team should he join Crystal Palace or similar. No No
Divock Origi 7.0 Origi's style of play suits Klopps system much more than that of Daniel Sturridge's, but it's Sturridge's ability that keeps him in the squad. As with the tail-end of last season we may see a couple of games where Origi is preferred to Sturridge, and I fully expect Origi to step up this season when he's called for. If Sturridge picks up another injury, Origi is a serious option for your squad at £7.0 No No
Mario Balotelli 6.5 Mario has no future at the club under Klopp. No No
Danny Ings 6.0 It will be interesting to see when Ings will feature this season as he's a player that is very suited to Klopp's style of play, but as of this moment, I see him behind Sturridge and Origi in the pecking order. Hopefully we'll see some of Ings if Klopp opts for a two striker formation sometime during the season. If he becomes a regular in the starting XI for whatever reason, it's definitely worth getting him into your squad at £6.0. No No

Opinion: Daniel Sturridge is definitely someone you should consider for your squad. He's £3.0 cheaper than Aguero, which is £3.0 that could be used elsewhere in your squad, and with a player who could arguably keep up with Aguero.
(31/7 Edit): Origi is an absolute bargain should he continue his form and win a spot in our starting XI.

Here's a link to the rest of the pre-season guides, make sure to have a look through them as I know I spent a lot of time making this one!
I'll try my best to keep this thread up to date until the start of the season. (As well as find the many spelling mistakes hidden in here!) Good luck to all of you next season in the FPL!
(31/7): Added a couple more points after the AC Milan game. (9/8): GW1 Updates

  • *Ongoing
My Verdicts
Ryan Fulton, GK (20)
  • Supposedly more highly-rated than Danny Ward, there is hope that he could break into the first team eventually. His loan to Portsmouth was a step in the right direction, but more senior experience is required. Maybe Aberdeen would be interested in developing another Liverpool youth goalkeeper, or he could return to Portsmouth should they achieve promotion to League 1 via the play-offs. Verdict: Pre-Season Tour —> Football League or Scottish Premier League Loan.
Andy Firth, GK (19)
  • Despite being the only goalkeeper left in the U21 squad after Fulton was loaned to Portsmouth, he’s featured only once during that time with senior goalkeepers Ádám Bogdán & Danny Ward sharing the games at U21 level. Verdict: Sold.
Connor Randall, RB (20)
  • Personally I don’t see him having a future in the Liverpool first team squad, but I imagine he’ll remain with the U21s for now. Verdict: Pre-Season Tour —> U21s.
Ryan McLaughlin, RB (21)
  • Since he will no longer qualify as an U21 player next season and hasn’t shown anything to suggest he should be part of the first team squad, I can only see one outcome. Verdict: Sold.
Dan Cleary, CB (20)
  • I wasn't impressed by him in the first half of the season and he’s barely featured (if at all) since the turn of the year. I don’t think he’s going to make it at Liverpool and it might be time for him to go. Verdict: Sold.
Tom Brewitt, CB (19)
  • I’m not convinced he has what it takes to make it at Liverpool but see no reason why he shouldn’t remain in the U21s squad next season. Verdict: U21s.
Kristóf Polgár, CB (19)
  • He’s barely featured all season but it was his first at U21 level so maybe he’ll get more of a look in next season. Verdict: U21s
Lloyd Jones, CB (20)
  • I like him more than most of our academy defenders but he’s had a difficult season - partially due to injury and partially due to being sent out on loan to the least stable club in the country, Blackpool. A former captain of the U21s, I think he should return to that level on a permanent basis next season. Verdict: Pre-Season Tour —> U21s.
Joe Maguire, LB (20)
  • I see him as a mirror of Randall. In contrast, however, his contract is set to expire this summer according to transfermarkt and if that’s the case I could see him being let go. Verdict: Released.
Sam Hart, LB (19)
  • He’s performed well in his first season at U21 level. Verdict: U21s.
Brad Smith, LB (22)
  • Clearly he will no longer qualify as an U21 player next season but will hope that he’s shown enough promise to remain at Liverpool as part of the first team squad. Opportunities may be few and far between though, as I’d like to see another left back acquired to compete with Alberto Moreno. Verdict: First Team.
Alex O’Hanlon, CM (20)
  • He’s had a decent season but looks set to leave in the summer, having rejected a new contract before spending time on trial at both Sheffield United and Sheffield Wednesday recently. Verdict: Sold.
Pedro Chirivella, CM (19)
  • Highly-rated and recently rewarded with a new four-year contract, he’ll be looking to earn more first team appearances next season. Verdict: Pre-Season Tour —> U21s/First Team
Cameron Brannagan, CM (20)
  • Like Chirivella, he’s one of the biggest prospects in the U21 squad and will be targeting more first team involvement next season. Verdict: Pre-Season Tour —> U21s/First Team
Matty Virtue, CM (19)
  • He was quietly impressive prior to picking up a bad injury in February, looks set to continue at U21 level next season. Verdict: U21s
Jordan Rossiter, CM (19)
  • It seems as though this injury-ravaged season will be the last of his time at Liverpool, with a move to Rangers looking likely when his contract expires this summer. Verdict: Sold.
Allan Souza, CM (19)
  • I’ll let Jürgen Klopp initiaite hype mode - the only problem is that there’s nothing we can do to keep him here at the moment. He isn’t expected to meet the criteria for a work permit for a while yet and will probably spend next season on loan at Sint-Truiden. Verdict: Pre-Season Tour —> European Loan.
Jordan Williams, CM (20)
  • Having made his Liverpool debut in the same game that Rossiter did in 2014, he’s had a similarly disappointing season on the injury front and, on top of that, what appeared to be a reference to the Munich Air Disaster posted on his personal twitter account in March won’t have helped his cause. Verdict: Sold.
Madger Gomes, AM (19)
  • He’s impressed me in patches and should continue to develop next season. Verdict: U21s.
Ryan Kent, AM (19)
  • An incredibly talented technician, he’ll be hoping to build upon his solitary senior Liverpool appearance so far next season. Verdict: Pre-Season Tour —> U21s/First Team.
Harry Wilson, AM (19)
  • I still believe he's the most talented player in our academy but his development has stalled a bit due to a somewhat disappointing early-season loan spell at Crewe Alexandra - who have since been relegated - and an injury-hit second half of the season. He’ll be looking to make his senior Liverpool debut next season. Verdict: Pre-Season Tour —> U21s/First Team.
Jack Dunn, AM (21)
  • Like McLaughlin, he will no longer qualify as an U21 player next season and hasn’t shown anything to suggest he should be part of the first team squad. Verdict: Sold.
Sheyi Ojo, AM (19)
  • Having caught everyone’s eye, he’ll be targeting regular involvement with the first team next season. I still think he should remain predominantly with the U21s, however. He’ll probably go to U19 Euro 2016 with England in July and subsequently miss pre-season. Verdict: U21s/First Team.
Daniel Trickett-Smith, AM (20)
  • I don’t envisage him having a future at Liverpool and if the rumours are to be believed he’ll be leaving this summer. Verdict: Sold.
Sergi Canós, AM (19)
  • He’s shown enough at Brentford for me to believe that a senior Liverpool debut is on the cards next season, having taken to the English game really well. Verdict: Pre-Season Tour —> U21s/First Team.
Will Marsh, AM (19)
  • Unfortunately for him, I think there are multiple better alternatives and it may be time to move on. Verdict: Sold.
Jerome Sinclair, ST (19)
  • As has been well publicised, he’ll be moving on when his contract expires in the summer - something that I’m not too bothered about. Verdict: Sold.
Samed Yeşil, ST (22)
  • Like McLaughlin & Dunn, he will no longer qualify as an U21 player next season. An excited talent when he joined, I get the feeling he’s about to become another Pacheco, Suso, Teixeira(?) etc. He still knows where the goal is but I don’t feel like he’s really developed at all over the past 4 years, mainly due to the back-to-back ACL injuries which he suffered. Verdict: Sold.
Taiwo Awoniyi, ST (19)
  • Like Allan, he’s unlikely to meet the criteria for a work permit at the moment, although his case looks the better of the two. He looks set to represent the Nigerian Olympic Team in the summer, before heading out on loan again. Swedish side Kalmar FF have been mentioned as a possible destination. Verdict: Olympics —> European Loan.

My Verdicts
The U18 games aren’t televised very often so I’m totally going to wing some of these.
Shamal George, GK (18)
  • After enjoying a solid season, I expect him to graduate to the U21s next season. Verdict: U21s.
Caoimhin Kelleher, GK (17)
  • Having deputised for the injured George in the closing weeks of the season, I imagine he’ll get more opportunities in 2016-17. Verdict: U18s.
Owen Wheeler, GK (18)
  • He started the season as first choice but was quickly displaced by George and has since been on trial with Wolverhampton Wanderers, looks set to leave in the summer. Verdict: Sold.
Kamil Grabara, GK (17)
  • He’s yet to feature in a Liverpool shirt and a rumour emerged at the end of the January transfer window that he wasn't registered properly when we signed him. Regardless, he’ll compete with Kelleher for the #1 shirt next season. Verdict: U18s.
Trent Alexander-Arnold, RB (17)
  • One of the U18s' standout players this season, I suspect he’ll build upon his solitary U21 appearance next season and could even make his senior Liverpool debut. Verdict: U18s/U21s.
Kane Lewis, RB (18)
  • I’m not sure he has what it takes to make the grade at Liverpool long-term, but he’ll most likely graduate to the U21s next season. Verdict: U21s.
Conor Masterson, CB (17)
  • Having featured briefly for the U21s and even made the first team bench this season, I imagine he’ll get more opportunities at U21 level next season but could still feature predominantly for the U18s. Verdict: U18s/U21s.
Mich’el Parker, CB (17)
  • He’s been a starter ahead of Masterson towards the end of the season and has done quite well, looks set for another season at U18 level. Verdict: U18s.
Corey Whelan, CB (18)
  • After impressing both as a centre back for the U18s and as a right back for the U21s this season, he’ll now graduate to the U21 setup on a permanent basis. Pre-Season Tour —> Verdict: U21s.
Josh Dobie, CB (18)
  • I’ve never seen him play and his lack of appearances suggest that he doesn’t have a future here. Verdict: Sold.
George Johnston, LB (17)
  • Able to play left back or centre back, another season at U18 level looks likely for him. Verdict: U18s.
Kris Owens, LB (17)
  • He doesn’t look capable of ever making it into the Liverpool first team but will probably be retained for another year. Verdict: u18s.
Suleman Naeem, LB (17)
  • Like Dobie, I’ve never seen him play but since he’s a year younger he has a better chance of being kept around. Verdict: U18s.
Herbie Kane, CM (17)
  • He’s had a very good season and should continue to be a key player for the U18s next season. He’ll be hoping to make his U21 debut at some point too. Verdict: U18s.
Adam Phillips, CM (18)
  • I think he’s one of the most talented players at the academy and expect him to impress for the U21s next season. Verdict: Pre-Season Tour —> U21s.
Liam Coyle, CM (16)
  • Having played above his age group this season and done very well, he’ll surely be a regular for the U18s next season. Verdict: U18s.
Jake Brimmer, CM (18)
  • I’ve never seen him play but it seems rather unlikely that he’ll break through at Liverpool. Verdict: Sold.
Callum Nicholas, CM (18)
  • He’s had a lot of injury problems so I’m not really sure how good he is. He might be retained but we have plenty of alternatives, each of whom have enjoyed a much more promising season than him. Verdict: Sold.
Harvey Whyte, CM (17)
  • His season has been pretty much the same as Nicholas’, but he’s a year younger and used to live round the corner from me so I’ll say he can stay. Verdict: U18s.
Liam Griffin, CM (18)
  • Not only have I never seen him play, I’ve never even heard of him and I’m not entirely sure if he’s even still at the club. Verdict: Sold.
Brad Garton, CM (18)
  • I should technically have been including him in the loan report recently, but I didn’t think it was worth reporting what he was doing in the Norwegian third tier (he actually scored today). I’ve never seen him play and have no idea why we loaned him to Elverum Fotball, doubt he has much of a future here. Verdict: Sold.
Ovie Ejaria, AM (18)
  • He seems set to be included in the pre-season tour after enjoying an excellent season and will feature a lot more for the U21s next season. Verdict: Pre-Season Tour —> U21s.
Ben Woodburn, AM (16)
  • Playing above his age group like Coyle, he’s had a sensational season and will continue at U18 level next season. Verdict: U18s.
Paulo Alves, AM (18)
  • I don’t think he’s had a great debut season but expect him to remain at the club and graduate to the U21s. Verdict: U21s.
Yan Dhanda, AM (17)
  • He impressed me in the first half of the season but has barely featured - if at all - in 2016 due to injury problems. Hopefully he’ll be able to stay fit next season and get his development back on track. Verdict: U18s.
Bobby Adekanye, AM (17)
  • Having initially had to wait for international clearance to play, he picked up an injury shortly after his debut and his return lasted only one game before another injury brought an abrupt end to his first season at Liverpool. He looked an exciting prospect when able to play but will need to overcome his problems next season. Verdict: U18s.
Toni Gomes, ST (17)
  • His exceptional talent could see him fast-tracked into the U21 squad since Sinclair is leaving, but he’ll probably still feature at U18 level as well - particularly in the FA Youth Cup. Verdict: U18/21s.
Brooks Lennon, ST (18)
  • Since receiving his work permit he’s been second choice striker for the U21s behind Sinclair and should become a regular at that level next season. Verdict: U21s.
Rhian Brewster, ST (16)
  • He’s still an U16 player but has briefly featured for the U18s and should become a permanent member of the squad next season. Verdict: U18s.
